A few of the people arrested at the Cruz house had more charges added to trespassing, one of them being 3rd degree rioting, a gross misdemeanor.

Alejandra and David traveled to Chicago and they are on their way to Pittsburgh, where PNC Bank corporate headquarters is located. In Chicago, a small coalition of local community groups and occupy groups went with Alejandra and David to a Freddie Mac office to protest the Cruz family foreclosure.
